- Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. An additional cleaning fee may apply for shorter requests.
- Additional Fees: Extra cleaning, extra beds, transfer services, and requests for in-villa staff are subject to additional charges.
- Natural Environment: As the villa is nestled in nature, insects may be present; regular pest control is carried out.
