• Master Suite Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, private bathroom & toilet, jacuzzi, and balcony.
• Twin Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, private bathroom & toilet.
• Family Suite Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, private bathroom & toilet, and balcony.

Living Area & Kitchen

Living Room: Features a modern seating group, TV with satellite receiver, dining table, air conditioning, direct access to the poolside, and a wireless modem.

Kitchen: Open-plan American kitchen equipped with a microwave, kettle, oven, four-burner stove, toaster, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, and all necessary kitchenware.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 16:00 on the arrival day, and check-out is by 10:00 on the departure day. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as the villa is being cleaned during this period. Please adhere to these times.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. It is fully refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before departure, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum duration may incur an additional cleaning fee if approved.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean. A complimentary cleaning service is provided once a week. Extra cleaning, fresh linens, and pillowcases can be arranged by our staff for an additional charge.
• Pool & Garden Care: Regular pest control is carried out at all our villas. Despite this, the presence of butterflies, insects, or flies in the surrounding nature is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy Note: For villas with sheltered pools, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy. A 5% margin of visibility should always be considered.
