In addition to the main pool, North Villa features a wading pool and a children's pool. Enjoy a game of table tennis on the pool terrace or relax on the swing while feeling the summer breeze. The villa also offers a cinema room, in-room jacuzzi, treadmill, PlayStation, table tennis, and TVs in every room for your entertainment.

North Villa is a 100% conservative villa, ensuring a peaceful and private Islamic holiday. The property includes a private parking area spacious enough for two cars. The nearest market, grocery store, and restaurants are just a 5-minute drive away, while Kalkan center and its beaches are 12 km from the villa. The villa owners reside nearby and are always ready to assist guests with any needs.

The balcony includes 2 chairs with a coffee table, and the side terrace offers a double swing under a pergola. A luxury jacuzzi (2m x 1.60m) is also available.

Bedroom 2: Features 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, 1 armchair with coffee table, hairdryer, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and toilet, TV, and a large balcony with sea views.

Clean linens, towel sets, and pool towels are provided in both bedrooms.

Cinema Room

The fully equipped cinema room includes spacious reclining double seats, a large LCD TV, 5.1 surround sound system, Blu-ray DVD player, and the ability to watch movies, series, or videos via CD, USB, or computer. A PlayStation 4 with two controllers is also available.

Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas are regularly treated against insects, though the natural surroundings may still attract butterflies, bugs, or flies. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.

Privacy: While we cannot guarantee 100% seclusion, our villas are designed to offer maximum privacy, with a 5% margin of visibility.
