Likya Agate Villa

Located in the tranquil Ovacık area of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye, Likya Agate Villa is a private, conservative-friendly holiday home. With its pool terrace and garden, it offers an ideal escape from the city's traffic and noise. The villa features 2 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Its single-story layout and expansive pool terrace make it a perfect choice for families with children. Thanks to its secluded position, both the pool and terrace are completely shielded from outside view, offering utmost privacy for conservative families.

Note: For larger families or groups, similar villas are available right next door. Subject to availability, you can rent multiple villas together to enjoy your holiday as a group.

Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Features include a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, direct access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils to meet your needs throughout your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, private jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, bedside tables, dressing table, and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2: Features two single beds, a wardrobe, bedside table, and access to the shared bathroom (with the living room).

Pool Terrace & Garden

The private pool terrace includes a swimming pool, private garden, sun loungers, parasols, a sunbathing area, a swing, and a BBQ grill. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by our staff in the early morning hours.

General Terms

• Pool Dimensions: Width: 4.00 m, Length: 6.00 m, Depth: 1.40 m.
• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 16:00 on the arrival day, and check-out is by 10:00 on the departure day. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as the villa is being cleaned during this time. Please adhere to these times.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. It is refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before your departure, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum duration may incur an additional cleaning fee if approved.
• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean. Weekly cleaning is complimentary. Additional cleaning, including fresh linens and pillowcases, is available for a fee upon request.
• Pool & Garden Care: All our villas are regularly treated against insects. However, due to the natural surroundings, the presence of butterflies, bugs, or flies is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy: While our pool villas are secluded, we cannot guarantee 100% invisibility; a 5% margin of visibility should always be considered.
