Likya Amber Villa

Likya Amber Villa is a private, conservative-friendly villa with a jacuzzi, located in the Ovacık area of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. Set in a secluded compound, the villa offers a pool terrace and garden, providing an ideal setting for a peaceful holiday away from the city's traffic and noise. With 2 bedrooms, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Its single-story layout and spacious pool terrace make it a perfect choice for families with children. Thanks to its location, the pool and terrace are fully shielded from outside view, ensuring complete privacy for conservative families.

Note: For larger families or groups, similar villas are available right next to this property. Subject to availability, you can rent multiple villas together to enjoy a joint holiday.

Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Features include a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, direct access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and appliances to meet your needs throughout your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Equipped with a double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, nightstands, vanity table, and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2: Features two single beds, a wardrobe, nightstand, and access to the shared bathroom (shared with the living room).

Pool Terrace & Garden

The villa features a private swimming pool, a private garden, sun loungers, parasols, a sunbathing area, a swing, and a BBQ grill. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by our staff in the early morning hours.

General Terms

• Pool Dimensions: Width: 4.00 m, Length: 6.00 m, Depth: 1.40 m.
• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in time is 16:00 on the arrival day, and check-out time is 10:00 on the departure day. Early arrival is not possible as cleaning is performed between these hours.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in. It is fully refunded after a brief inspection of the villa/apartment 10 minutes before check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay / Extra Cleaning Fee: If a request for a stay shorter than the minimum duration is accepted, an additional cleaning fee will apply.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• The villa is delivered clean, and complimentary cleaning is provided once a week. Additional cleaning, fresh linens, pillowcases, etc., can be arranged by our staff for a fee.
• Pool & Garden Care: All our villas are regularly sprayed due to their natural surroundings. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., is still possible.
• Privacy Note: While our pool villas are secluded, we cannot guarantee 100% invisibility; there is always a 5% margin for visibility in these villas.
