Located in the Ovacık area of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye, Likya Garnet Villa is a private and secluded villa, ideal for conservative families seeking a peaceful holiday. With its pool terrace and garden, it offers a perfect escape from the city's traffic and noise. The villa features 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 4 guests. Thanks to its single-story layout and spacious pool terrace, it is an excellent choice for families with children. The pool and terrace are shielded from view, ensuring privacy. Please note: Adjacent similar villas are available for larger families or groups; subject to availability, multiple villas can be rented together.

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Features include a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils to meet your needs throughout your stay.

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, nightstands, vanity, and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, nightstands, and a bathroom (shared with the living room).

Pool and garden maintenance are performed daily in the early morning.

General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 16:00; check-out is by 10:00. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated due to cleaning schedules.
• Security Deposit: A deposit is required at check-in and is refunded after a quick inspection 10 minutes before departure, provided there is no damage or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests shorter than the minimum stay may incur an additional cleaning fee if accepted.
• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean, and one complimentary cleaning per week is included. Extra cleaning and linen changes are available for a fee.
• Pool & Garden Care: Regular pest control is conducted, though the rural setting may still attract butterflies, insects, or flies. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy Note: While the pool is sheltered, we do not guarantee 100% privacy; a 5% margin should be considered.
