Likya Gold Villa

Located in the Ovacık area of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye, Likya Gold Villa is a private, conservative-friendly villa with a jacuzzi. Surrounded by a pool terrace and garden, it offers an ideal setting for a holiday away from the city's traffic and noise. The villa features 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 4 guests. Thanks to its single-story layout and spacious pool terrace, it is also a great choice for families with children. Thanks to its location, the pool and terrace are secluded and not visible from the surroundings, making this villa a suitable option for conservative families.

Note: For larger families and groups, similar villas are available right next to this one. Depending on availability, you can rent multiple villas at the same time and enjoy a holiday together.

Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Features include a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is combined with the living room and is located on the ground floor. It is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and electronic goods you may need during your stay.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, nightstands, vanity table, and wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: Includes two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, and access to the shared bathroom (shared with the living room).

Pool Terrace

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, private garden, sun loungers, parasols, a sunbathing area, a swing, and a BBQ (barbecue). Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early in the morning by our staff on a daily basis.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 16:00 on the arrival day; check-out time is 10:00 on the departure day. As cleaning is performed between these hours, we cannot accommodate early arrivals. Please respect the check-in and check-out times.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. If no damage, breakage, or loss has occurred, the deposit is refunded after the villa/apartment is inspected 10 minutes before your departure.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: If a request for a stay shorter than the minimum stay period is accepted, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is delivered clean, and cleaning is provided free of charge once a week. If you request extra cleaning, our staff will provide it for a fee, including fresh linens and pillowcases. All our villas, located in nature, are regularly sprayed for pests. Nevertheless, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., is possible in the surrounding area. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.

Privacy Notice: While our villas have secluded pools, we cannot guarantee 100% invisibility; a 5% margin of visibility always exists.
