General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM on the arrival day, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the departure day. Early arrival is not possible as the villa is being cleaned during this period.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required at check-in. It is refunded after a quick inspection 10 minutes before departure, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum period may incur an additional cleaning fee.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean and includes one free cleaning per week. Extra cleaning, fresh linens, and pillowcases can be arranged by our staff for a fee.
• Pool & Garden Care: All our villas, surrounded by nature, are regularly treated with pesticides. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, and flies is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.
• Privacy Note: While our pool villas offer a high level of privacy, we cannot guarantee 100% seclusion; there is always a 5% margin for visibility.
