Located in the tranquil Ovacık area of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye, Likya Lapis Villa offers a private and conservative accommodation option. With its pool terrace and garden, the villa provides an ideal setting for a holiday away from the city's traffic and noise. The villa features 2 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Thanks to its single-story layout and spacious pool terrace, it is an excellent choice for families with children.

Due to its location, the pool and terrace are sheltered and not visible from the surroundings, catering specifically to conservative families seeking privacy. Please note: For larger families or groups, similar villas are available right next to this property. Depending on availability, you can rent multiple villas simultaneously to enjoy a holiday together.

Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Amenities include a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, direct access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchenware and electronic appliances to meet your needs throughout your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, private jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, nightstands, vanity table, and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2: Includes two single beds, a wardrobe, and nightstands. The bathroom is shared with the living room.

Pool Terrace & Garden

The private terrace includes a swimming pool, a private garden, sun loungers, parasols, a sunbathing area, a swing, and a BBQ grill. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily by our staff early in the morning.

General Terms

• Pool Dimensions: Width: 4.00 m, Length: 6.00 m, Depth: 1.40 m.
• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in time is 16:00, and check-out time is 10:00. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as cleaning occurs between these hours. Please adhere to these times.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is collected upon check-in. The deposit is returned after a villa inspection, provided there is no damage or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum duration may be subject to an additional cleaning fee if approved.
• Cleaning Services: The villa is delivered clean, and one complimentary cleaning service is provided per week. Extra cleaning, fresh linens, and pillowcases are available for a fee.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: Regular pest control is conducted in all our villas; however, the presence of butterflies, insects, or flies is possible. Pool and garden care is performed daily.
• Privacy Note: While our pool areas are sheltered, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy at all times; a 5% margin of visibility should be considered.
