Likya Pearl Villa

Likya Pearl Villa is a secluded, conservative-friendly villa located in Ovacık, near Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. With its private pool terrace and garden, it offers an ideal setting for a peaceful holiday away from the city's traffic and noise. The villa features 2 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Thanks to its single-story layout and spacious pool terrace, it is particularly well-suited for families with children. Thanks to its location, the pool and terrace are private and not overlooked by neighbors, making this villa a great choice for conservative families.

Note: For larger families or groups, similar villas are available right next door. Subject to availability, you can rent multiple villas together and enjoy your holiday as a group.

Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. It features a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, direct access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and appliances to meet your needs throughout your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, private jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, nightstands, vanity table, and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, and access to the shared bathroom (shared with the living room).

Pool Terrace & Garden

The private pool terrace includes a swimming pool, private garden, sun loungers, parasols, a sunbathing area, a swing, and a BBQ grill. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early every morning by our staff.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 16:00 on the arrival day, and check-out time is 10:00 on the departure day. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as cleaning takes place between these hours. Please respect the check-in/out times.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit is fully refunded after a brief inspection of the villa/apartment 10 minutes before your departure, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum stay period may incur an additional cleaning fee.
• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean, and a complimentary cleaning service is provided once a week. Additional cleaning, fresh linens, and pillowcases can be arranged by our staff for an extra charge.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas are regularly treated against pests due to their natural surroundings. Despite this, the presence of butterflies, insects, or flies is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy Notice: While our villas offer a high level of privacy, we cannot guarantee 100% seclusion. A 5% margin of visibility may exist.
