Likya Ruby Villa

Likya Ruby Villa is a private, conservative-style villa located in the Ovacık area of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. With its pool terrace and garden, it offers an ideal retreat away from the city's traffic and noise. The villa features 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 4 guests. Thanks to its single-story layout and spacious pool terrace, it is particularly well-suited for families with children. Thanks to its location, the pool and terrace are fully secluded and cannot be seen from the surroundings, making it a perfect choice for conservative families.

Note: For larger families or groups, similar villas are available right next to this property. Subject to availability, you can rent multiple villas at the same time and enjoy a group holiday together.

Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Features include a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is designed together with the living room on the ground floor. It is fully equipped with all the kitchen appliances and utensils you may need throughout your stay.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, private jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, bedside tables, dressing table, and wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: Features two single beds, a wardrobe, bedside table, and access to the shared bathroom (shared with the living room).

Pool Terrace & Garden

The terrace includes a private swimming pool, private garden, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a sunbathing area, a swing, and a BBQ grill. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out every morning by our staff.

General Terms

• Pool Dimensions: Width: 4.00 m, Length: 6.00 m, Depth: 1.40 m.
• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 16:00 on the arrival day, and check-out time is 10:00 on the departure day. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as the villa is being cleaned during this period.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in. It is refunded after a brief inspection 10 minutes before check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum stay duration may incur an additional cleaning fee if approved.

Cleaning & Maintenance

The villa is delivered in a clean condition and includes one free cleaning service per week. Additional cleaning, fresh linens, and pillowcases can be arranged by our staff for a fee.

Pool & Garden Care: All our villas are regularly treated against pests due to their natural surroundings. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, or flies in the area is still possible. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.

Privacy Notice: While the pool area is secluded, we cannot guarantee 100% invisibility from all angles. A 5% margin of visibility should always be considered.
