Lycian Sapphire Villa

This conservative, secluded villa with a private jacuzzi is located in Ölüdeniz Ovacık, Fethiye. With its pool terrace and garden, it offers an ideal setting for a holiday away from the city's traffic and noise. The villa features 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 4 guests. Thanks to its single-story layout and spacious pool terrace, it is a perfect choice for families with children. The villa's pool and terrace are private and not visible from the surroundings, making it a suitable option for conservative families.

Note: For larger families or groups, similar villas are available right next to this one. Depending on availability, you can rent multiple villas together for a shared holiday.

Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Features include a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is also on the ground floor. It is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils for your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, nightstands, vanity table, and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, and a shared bathroom (accessible from the living room).

Pool Terrace

Enjoy the private swimming pool, garden, sun loungers, parasols, sunbathing area, swing, and BBQ. Pool and garden maintenance are performed daily by our staff in the early morning.

General Terms

• Pool Dimensions: 4.00 m x 6.00 m, depth 1.40 m.
• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 16:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as cleaning takes place between these hours. Please respect the villa's schedule.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in. It is fully refunded after a brief inspection 10 minutes before check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay / Extra Cleaning Fee: If a stay shorter than the minimum duration is approved, an additional cleaning fee will apply.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean, and cleaning is provided free of charge once a week. Extra cleaning, fresh linens, and pillowcases can be arranged by our staff for a fee.
• Pool & Garden Care: All our villas are regularly treated against insects. However, due to the natural surroundings, butterflies, bugs, or flies may still be present. Pool and garden maintenance is done daily.
• Privacy Disclaimer: While the pool is private, we cannot guarantee 100% seclusion; a 5% margin should always be considered.
