• A security deposit of €400 is required, payable in cash upon arrival. It will be refunded by bank transfer within 7 business days if no damage occurs.
• Electricity, water usage, weekly cleaning, garden and pool maintenance, and linens are included in the price.
• No extra cleaning fee will be charged at the end of your stay, provided the property is left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.
• 15 GB of internet data is included.
