Mavi Kelebek Villa is a luxurious, spacious family villa located in the sought-after Kışla area of Kalkan. Offering breathtaking views of Kalkan Bay, the islands, and stunning sunsets, this exclusive property provides an ultra-luxury holiday experience. With 6 ensuite bedrooms, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for large families and groups of friends. The private heated infinity pool promises enjoyment throughout the year, while two of the bedrooms feature relaxing jacuzzis. The pool terrace includes a spacious sunbathing area, an outdoor dining space, and a barbecue corner, allowing you to fully savor the Mediterranean atmosphere.

The interior boasts a modern and airy design. The ground floor features a large living room, a dining table for 12, and a fully equipped kitchen. Entertainment options include a cinema room, PlayStation, foosball, table tennis, and air hockey. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms: two master bedrooms feature jacuzzi bathtubs, ample wardrobes, and dressing tables. The top-floor suite, with its terrace and rattan seating group, is the perfect spot to watch Kalkan's most impressive sunsets.

The location is an added bonus. The famous Mahal Beach Club is just a 5-minute walk away. Kalkan's town center, beach, and restaurants are a pleasant 20–25 minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive. Water taxi services are also available from nearby beach clubs.

Note: 2025–2026 season prices have been updated and are quoted in Pounds Sterling; reservations will be taken in GBP. Outdoor pool heating is available for an additional fee of £70 per day.

• Bedroom 5: Double bed, air conditioning, nightstands, wardrobe, dressing table, jacuzzi, balcony, bathroom, and toilet.
• Bedroom 6: Double bed, air conditioning, nightstands, wardrobe, dressing table, jacuzzi, balcony, bathroom, and toilet.

Kitchen

The modern American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, and cookware sets.

Living Room

The living room features a seating area, TV, air conditioning, coffee table, and direct access to the pool terrace.

Pool & Garden

The private swimming pool is complemented by sun loungers, a sun umbrella, table and chairs, and a stone barbecue.

Cleaning & Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a weekly cleaning service is provided during your stay. Additional cleaning requests can be arranged for a fee by the villa's cleaning staff, including services like fresh linens and pillowcases. As our villas are located in nature, it is not entirely possible to guarantee a pest-free environment.

General Terms

• Deposit: A deposit is required before the holiday begins. The villa will be inspected approximately 10 minutes before checkout; the deposit will be refunded if no damage, breakage, or loss is found.
• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM for all villas. Early check-in may not be possible due to hygiene preparations.
• Safety: While some villas have protective measures around the pool, no guarantee of complete invisibility can be provided; a 5% margin of risk should be considered.
• Accessibility: Kalkan is built on a hillside. Access to all our properties requires walking uphill.
• Payment: Payments are accepted via EFT/Transfer/Swift to our corporate bank account or by online credit card.
