Pool dimensions: Width – 5 m | Length – 10 m | Depth – 1.60 cm. Daily pool and garden maintenance is provided.

General Terms

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in from 16:00; check-out by 10:00. Early arrival cannot be accommodated due to cleaning between stays.
• Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is collected at check-in. It is returned after a brief inspection 10 minutes before check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests below the minimum stay duration, if accepted, are subject to an additional cleaning fee.
• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean; complimentary cleaning is provided once per week. Extra cleaning, fresh linens, and pillowcases are available from our staff for a fee.
• Pest Control: All our villas in natural settings are regularly sprayed; however, the presence of butterflies, insects, or flies in the surroundings is still possible.
• Privacy Note: For villas with sheltered pools, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy; a 5% margin of exposure should always be considered.
