Memo Villa

Memo Villa is a secluded, conservative-friendly holiday villa with a private jacuzzi, nestled in nature in the Patara region of Kaş, Antalya. Located just a 10-minute drive from the world-famous Patara Beach, this 2-bedroom villa comfortably sleeps 4 guests. Thanks to its sheltered pool area, Villa Memo is an ideal choice for conservative couples and families seeking privacy.

Living Area & Kitchen

The living room at Villa Memo features a comfortable seating group, air conditioning, TV, internet access, satellite receiver, dining table, and coffee table. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, microwave, electric kettle, dining table, dinner sets, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, air conditioning, a private jacuzzi, nightstand, wardrobe, vanity table, and an en-suite bathroom with toilet.

Bedroom 2: Features two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, and vanity table. The bathroom and toilet are shared.

Pool & Garden

The private pool measures 8m x 4m with a depth of 155 cm. The pool and garden area are sheltered and not visible from the outside. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol, swing, outdoor dining table, and barbecue facilities.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 16:00 on the arrival day, and check-out is at 10:00 on the departure day. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as cleaning takes place between these hours. Please respect the villa entry times.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. It is fully refunded after a villa inspection approximately 10 minutes before check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum duration may incur an additional cleaning fee.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean, and a complimentary cleaning service is provided once a week. Extra cleaning and fresh linens (sheets, pillowcases, etc.) are available upon request for an additional fee.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: The pool and garden are maintained daily. Although all our nature-surrounded villas are regularly sprayed, the presence of butterflies, insects, or flies in the surrounding area is possible.
• Privacy Note: While our villas with sheltered pools offer high privacy, we cannot guarantee 100% invisibility; a 5% margin of visibility may apply.
