Note: A cleaning fee of 2,000 TL applies for bookings shorter than 5 nights.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: This spacious suite features a double bed, wardrobe, and makeup mirror. It includes a private jacuzzi, bedside tables, a coffee table, and access to a large balcony. The en-suite bathroom includes a toilet and WC.
• Bedroom 2: Also a suite design, this room offers one double bed and one single bed. It is equipped with a wardrobe, makeup mirror, and jacuzzi for added comfort. An en-suite bathroom/WC is available.

Living Area

The living room provides a stylish space with a comfortable seating group and a modern coffee table. It is equipped with a Wi-Fi modem, TV, and satellite receiver. Practical amenities such as an iron, ironing board, and washing machine are also provided. This area opens directly onto the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The spacious American-style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Modern appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and range hood. Additional conveniences like a 4-person dining table and chairs, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee machine complete the setup. A 4-person cutlery set and glasses are also available.

Garden & Pool

The private, secluded swimming pool is set within a dedicated garden, offering a perfect space to enjoy your holiday. An ideal sunbathing terrace, garden furniture, and a 4-person dining table are provided. A barbecue area, 3 sun loungers, and shower options are also available.

Pool and garden maintenance is performed once daily, either in the morning or evening. Villa Mia Premium combines elegance and comfort for those seeking a completely private and secluded holiday atmosphere. Enjoy every moment here and let the magnificent nature soothe your soul.

General Terms

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in time is 16:00 on the arrival day. Check-out time is 10:00 on the departure day. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as the villa is being cleaned during this interval. Please adhere to these times.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit is refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee is charged for bookings shorter than the minimum stay duration.
• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean. Weekly cleaning is provided free of charge. Any extra cleaning requests can be arranged by our staff for a fee, including the provision of fresh linens and pillowcases.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: Regular pest control is carried out at all our villas due to their natural locations. Despite this, the presence of butterflies, insects, or flies in the surrounding area is possible. Daily pool and garden maintenance is performed.
• Privacy: While our pool is secluded, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy. A 5% margin of visibility should always be considered.
