Located in the Gökseki area of Kaş, Villa Moren is one of the most popular holiday retreats for villa tourism. Thoughtfully designed for honeymoon couples and small families, this 2-bedroom villa offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests. Built in a conservative style across two floors, the villa features panoramic sea views, a private enclosed swimming pool, and a relaxing jacuzzi in the bedroom.

Villa Moren provides a private pool terrace and a dedicated swimming pool, allowing guests to enjoy their time in complete privacy. Set in an isolated location away from the surrounding area, it is an ideal choice for conservative families. All furniture and décor items in the villa and garden have been carefully selected. The villa is located approximately 5.5 km from the center of Kaş.

Please note that the last 100 meters of the road leading to the villa is an unpaved, stabilized road.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: This is a sea-view suite master bedroom. It includes a double bed, jacuzzi, nightstand, TV, vanity table, wardrobe, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom/toilet, and a balcony.

Bedroom 2: This is a suite guest bedroom. It includes two single beds, a nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioning, and access to a shared bathroom/toilet.

Living Room

The living room offers a nature view and is furnished with a modern seating group. It features satellite TV, an LCD TV, a modem for internet access, air conditioning, and direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, a dining table with chairs for 4 people, a built-in 4-burner stove, range hood, oven, electric kettle, dinnerware set, frying pans, pots, and cutlery.

Pool

The garden of Villa Moren features a private, enclosed swimming pool. The pool measures 3.50 m in width, 6.50 m in length, and 1.50 m in depth. Garden and pool maintenance is carried out once daily, either in the morning or evening.

Garden

The garden includes the private swimming pool, 4 sun loungers, an outdoor dining table with chairs, and a barbecue area.

General Information

Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas, including those in natural settings, are regularly treated with pest control. Despite this, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., is possible in the surrounding area. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.

Privacy Status: While our villas feature enclosed pools, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy. A 5% margin for potential visibility should always be considered.
