General Terms
- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 on the arrival day, and check-out is by 10:00 on the departure day. As cleaning takes place between these hours, we cannot accommodate early arrivals. Please respect the check-in and check-out times.
- Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. Provided there are no damages, breakages, or losses, the villa/apartment will be inspected 10 minutes before departure and the deposit will be refunded to our guest.
- Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: If a request below the minimum stay duration is accepted, an extra cleaning fee will apply.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean, and cleaning is provided free of charge once a week. Additional cleaning can be arranged by our staff at an extra cost, and new linens, pillowcases, etc., can be provided for a fee.
- Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas in natural settings are regularly treated with pesticides. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.
- Privacy Notice: We cannot guarantee 100% privacy for villas with sheltered pools; there is always a 5% margin for visibility.
