Nazeren Villa
Nestled in the serene village of Hacıoğlan, Kalkan, our modern villa offers a conservative, nature-immersed escape for up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. Opened for the first time in 2024, the villa is surrounded by greenery, far from the city's noise and pace, promising an unforgettable holiday experience.
With a spacious pool terrace and lush garden, the villa is an ideal choice for families with children. All essential home amenities are provided for your comfort throughout your stay.
Check-in & Check-out
General Rules – Arrival & Departure Times: Check-in for all our villas is at 16:00 on the arrival day; check-out is by 10:00 on the final day. As cleaning takes place between these hours, we cannot accommodate early arrivals before your scheduled check-in time. Please adhere to the villa timings.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is collected upon check-in. Provided there are no damages, breakages, or losses, the deposit is refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before your departure.
Minimum Stay – Additional Cleaning Fee: If requests for stays shorter than the minimum duration are approved, an additional cleaning fee applies.
Cleaning & Maintenance
The villa is delivered clean, and complimentary cleaning is provided once per week. Extra cleaning can be arranged by our staff upon request, with fresh linens, pillowcases, and similar items provided at an additional charge.
Pool & Garden Care: All our villas in natural settings are regularly treated with pest control. Nevertheless, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, and similar wildlife in the surroundings is possible. Pool and garden maintenance are performed daily.
Privacy Status: For villas with sheltered pools, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy; a 5% exposure margin always applies.
