Nisa Villa

Nisa Villa is a private, conservative family villa located in the Ovacık area of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. Designed for guests seeking privacy, the villa features a secluded pool area with a retractable screen system and an outdoor jacuzzi, ensuring complete privacy from surrounding views. Set on a spacious pool terrace and garden, it offers an ideal retreat away from city traffic and noise. The villa has 4 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Its sheltered pool and terrace provide a secure, private environment for a relaxing holiday.

Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Features include a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, a 6-seater dining table, and direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is part of the ground-floor living area. It is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils for your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): Double bed, jacuzzi, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, balcony. Shared bathroom on the ground floor.
• Bedroom 2 (Upper Floor): Two single beds, bedside tables, air conditioning, wardrobe, balcony. Shared bathroom/WC in the common area.
• Bedroom 3 (Upper Floor): Two single beds, bedside tables, air conditioning, wardrobe, balcony.
• Bedroom 4 (Upper Floor): Double bed, bedside tables, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi, WC, balcony.

Pool Terrace & Garden

The private, sheltered swimming pool, private garden, sun loungers, parasols, swing, garden shower, sunbathing area, BBQ (grill), 6-seater table and chairs, and parking are all available. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early each morning.

General Terms

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is after 16:00 on arrival day. Check-out is by 10:00 on departure day. Early arrival cannot be accommodated as cleaning is performed during this time. Please respect these times.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in. It will be refunded after a property inspection 10 minutes before check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage, or missing items.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum stay period may incur an additional cleaning fee if approved.
• Cleaning & Linen: The villa is delivered clean. One complimentary cleaning session is provided per week. Extra cleaning, fresh linens, and pillowcases are available upon request from the villa staff for a fee.
• Pool & Garden Care: Regular pest control is conducted in all our villas due to their natural surroundings. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy Notice: While our villas feature sheltered pools, we cannot guarantee 100% invisibility from all angles. A 5% margin of visibility is always possible.
