Our villa is located in the Kördere area, a short distance from Kalkan's town center. This conservative honeymoon villa offers stunning sea views and is specially designed for couples seeking a private getaway or honeymoon. Every detail in this one-bedroom villa has been thoughtfully arranged to complete your holiday experience.
The villa features a lovely garden, an indoor heated pool, and a spacious jacuzzi. Thanks to its heating system, the indoor pool provides a delightful holiday option even during the winter months. This villa is also an ideal choice for conservative guests.
General Terms & Conditions
- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 on arrival day, and check-out time is 10:00 on departure day. Please note that we cannot accommodate early arrivals as cleaning is carried out between these hours. Kindly adhere to the check-in and check-out times.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in. The villa will be inspected 10 minutes before your departure, and the deposit will be refunded provided there are no damages, breakages, or missing items.
- Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: A minimum stay period applies. Requests for shorter stays may be accommodated but will incur an additional cleaning fee.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean. Complimentary cleaning is provided once a week. Additional cleaning, including fresh linens and pillowcases, can be arranged by our staff for a fee.
- Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas are situated in natural settings and are regularly treated against insects. Nevertheless, you may encounter butterflies, insects, or flies in the surrounding area. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.
- Privacy Notice: For villas with enclosed pools, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy. A slight margin of 5% for visibility should always be considered.
