The air-conditioned, spacious living room offers panoramic views of both nature and the sea. It includes an LCD TV, satellite receiver, music player, DVD player, comfortable seating group, dining table and chairs, iron and ironing board, and a sink. The living room provides direct access to the pool area. The terrace floor also features an additional sink and seating area.

Kitchen

Nova Villa boasts a large, modern open-plan American kitchen with sea and nature views. It is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, built-in oven, 4-burner hob, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, 8-person dinner set, cutlery, pots, pans, and glasses. The modern kitchen is located on the pool level.

Pool & Garden

The private garden features a swimming pool measuring 8.5m x 4m with a depth of 1.6m. Pool and garden maintenance is performed once daily, either in the morning or evening. The garden also includes sun loungers, a sun umbrella, an outdoor dining table and chairs, and a barbecue area.

Pool & Garden Care: All our villas located in nature are regularly sprayed. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.

Privacy Status: We cannot guarantee 100% non-visibility in villas with sheltered pools; there is always a 5% margin of discretion.
