General Terms & Conditions

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 on the arrival day, and check-out time is 10:00 on the departure day. Please note that early arrivals cannot be accommodated as cleaning is performed during this period. Kindly adhere to the check-in and check-out times.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded after a villa/apartment inspection 10 minutes before departure, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum duration may be accepted, subject to an additional cleaning fee.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean. One complimentary cleaning per week is included. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request by our staff, and new linens, pillowcases, etc., are provided for a fee.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas in natural settings are regularly treated with pesticides. However, butterflies, insects, flies, etc., may still be present in the surrounding environment. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.
• Privacy Level: We cannot guarantee 100% seclusion for villas with sheltered pools; a 5% visibility margin should always be considered.
