Opal Villa

Opal Villa is a private holiday rental nestled in its own garden with a private swimming pool, located in Ovacık, Ölüdeniz—one of the most beautiful holiday resorts in Fethiye. This conservative, spacious family villa features 4 bedrooms and an open-plan living room and kitchen. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and the master bedroom includes a jacuzzi. Situated close to Ölüdeniz Beach, you can enjoy cooling off in the private pool and sunbathing in the garden.

Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Features include a seating group, LCD TV, air conditioning, a dining table for 6, a bathroom, and access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen and living room are also on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and electronic appliances to meet your needs throughout your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, shared bathroom, and access to the pool terrace.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, shared bathroom, and a balcony.
• Bedroom 3: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, shared bathroom, and a balcony.
• Bedroom 4: Double bed, jacuzzi, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, and a balcony.

Pool Terrace & Garden

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, private garden, sun loungers, umbrellas, sunbathing area, BBQ (grill), a table and chairs for 8 people, and parking. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early in the morning by assigned staff every day.

General Terms

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in starts at 16:00 on arrival day; check-out is by 10:00 on departure day. Please adhere to these times, as the villa is cleaned during the interim. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated.

Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in. Provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss, the deposit will be refunded 10 minutes before check-out after a brief inspection.

Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum stay period may incur an additional cleaning fee.

Cleaning & Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean, with free weekly cleaning. Extra cleaning can be arranged by the villa staff for a fee, including fresh linens and pillowcases.

Pool & Garden Care: Regular pest control is carried out in all our villas due to their natural surroundings. Nevertheless, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.

Privacy: For villas with sheltered pools, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy; there is always a 5% margin of visibility.
