General Terms & Conditions

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 16:00, and check-out is at 10:00. Early arrival cannot be accommodated as cleaning is performed between these hours.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. It will be fully refunded after a brief inspection 10 minutes before departure, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum duration may be accepted but will incur an additional cleaning fee.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean. Complimentary cleaning is provided once a week. Extra cleaning, fresh linens, and pillowcases are available upon request for a fee.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: Regular pest control is carried out. However, butterflies, insects, and flies may still be present. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy Notice: For villas with enclosed pool areas, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy. A 5% margin of exposure should always be expected.
