The living room boasts stunning sea and nature views and includes a seating area, plasma TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioning, sink, iron and ironing board, dining table, and a toilet.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, built-in oven, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, dining set for 8 people, and all necessary kitchen utensils.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Sea view, double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, nightstand, dressing table, bathroom, and sink.
• Bedroom 2: Sea view, double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom, and sink.

Pool and Outdoor Area

The villa features a sea-view infinity pool, a shallow pool, a jacuzzi, and a children's pool. Pool dimensions are as follows: infinity pool is 4 x 12 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters; shallow pool is 3 x 5 meters; children's pool and jacuzzi are 3 x 3 meters. The poolside area includes a dining table, chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas, a pergola, a seating group, a barbecue, and a shower.

General Terms & Conditions

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 16:00, and check-out time is 10:00. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated due to cleaning schedules.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. It will be refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage, or missing items.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum stay period may be subject to an additional cleaning fee if approved.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean. Free cleaning is provided once a week. Extra cleaning and supplies (e.g., fresh sheets, pillowcases) are available from the villa staff at an additional cost.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: Regular pest control is performed in all our villas. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding nature is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.
• Privacy: In villas with enclosed pools, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy. A 5% margin of exposure should always be considered.
