Paris Villa

Living Room

Designed as an open-plan living/dining area on the ground floor. Features include a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, a 6-seater dining table, and access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

Open-plan kitchen/living area on the ground floor. It is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils for a comfortable holiday.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, dressing table, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, and balcony.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 4: Two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and balcony.

Pool Terrace & Garden

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, private garden, sun loungers, parasols, sunbathing area, garden shower, BBQ, 6-seater table and chairs, and parking. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early in the morning by the staff on a daily basis.

General Terms

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as cleaning is performed during this time. Please respect these times.
• Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit is returned 10 minutes before departure after a villa inspection, provided there is no damage, breakage, or missing items.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum stay period may be subject to an additional cleaning fee if approved.
• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean. Free weekly cleaning is provided. Additional cleaning, new linens, and pillowcases can be arranged by the staff for a fee.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas in natural settings are regularly sprayed. Despite this, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surroundings is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy: For villas with enclosed pools, we do not guarantee 100% seclusion; a 5% margin of discretion always applies.
