Patara Deluxe Villa

Patara Deluxe Villa is a secluded, conservative villa located in the Ovacık district of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. Featuring a jacuzzi and a private pool, this property offers an ideal retreat away from the traffic and noise of the city. With 3 bedrooms, the villa accommodates up to 6 guests. Its single-story layout and spacious pool terrace make it a perfect choice for families with children. Thanks to its design and location, the pool and terrace are completely private and not visible from the surroundings. This is an excellent option for guests seeking a luxurious, conservative villa with a jacuzzi. Note: Similar villas are located right next door for families or groups who wish to stay together, subject to availability.

Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Features include a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, direct access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is designed as part of the living area on the ground floor. It is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and electronic appliances for your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Equipped with a double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, bedside table, dressing table, and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2: Equipped with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, dressing table, wardrobe, and bedside table.
• Bedroom 3: Features 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a bedside table, and shared access to the bathroom (shared with the living room) and the pool terrace.

Pool Terrace & Garden

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, a children's pool, a private garden, sun loungers, parasols, a sunbathing area, a swing, and a BBQ grill. Pool and garden maintenance is performed early each morning by the staff.

General Terms & Conditions

• Check-in - Check-out: Check-in time is after 16:00 on the arrival day. Check-out time is 10:00 on the departure day. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as the villa is being cleaned during this period. Please respect these times.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage, or missing items.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: An extra cleaning fee applies for requests shorter than the minimum stay duration, subject to approval.
• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean. Weekly cleaning is included free of charge. Extra cleaning, fresh linens, and pillowcases can be provided by the villa staff for an additional fee.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: Regular pest control is carried out in all our villas due to their natural setting. Despite this, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy: While we design our villas for privacy, we cannot guarantee 100% invisibility for the pool area. A 5% margin of visibility may always exist.
