Patara Fiesta Villa

Patara Fiesta Villa is a private, conservative villa located in the Ovacık district of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. Featuring a jacuzzi, this secluded property offers a spacious pool terrace and garden, making it an ideal retreat away from the city traffic and noise. The villa has 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests. Being a single-story property with a large pool terrace, it is a perfect choice for families with children. Due to its location, the pool and terrace are completely private and not visible from the surroundings. It is an excellent option for guests seeking a luxury conservative villa with a jacuzzi.

Note: For larger families or groups, similar villas are available right next to this property. Depending on availability, guests can rent multiple villas together for a shared holiday.

Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Features include a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen and living room are on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and electronic appliances for your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, nightstand, dressing table, and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, dressing table, wardrobe, and nightstand.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, shared bathroom (with the living room), and access to the pool terrace.

Pool Terrace & Garden

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, a children's pool, a private garden, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a sunbathing area, a swing, and a BBQ. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early in the morning by the staff on a daily basis.

General Terms & Conditions

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is after 4:00 PM on the arrival day. Check-out time is by 10:00 AM on the departure day. Please adhere to these times, as the villa is cleaned during the interim period. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in. It will be fully refunded after a property inspection 10 minutes before check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum stay period may incur an additional cleaning fee if approved.
• Cleaning & Linen: The villa is delivered clean. One complimentary cleaning per week is included. Extra cleaning and new linens (sheets, pillowcases, etc.) can be arranged by the staff for an additional fee.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas in natural settings are regularly sprayed for insects. However, butterflies, bugs, flies, and other insects may still be present. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy Notice: While our villas offer secluded pools, we cannot guarantee 100% invisibility. A 5% margin of visibility should always be considered.
