Located in the Ovacık area of Fethiye’s Ölüdeniz, this conservative, secluded villa offers a peaceful retreat away from traffic and city noise. With a spacious pool terrace and garden, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The villa has 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests. Its single-story layout and large pool terrace make it a great choice for families with children. The pool and terrace are fully private and not visible from the surroundings. Perfect for guests seeking a conservative luxury villa with a jacuzzi.

Open-plan kitchen and living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils for your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, bedside tables, dressing table, and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, dressing table, wardrobe, and bedside tables.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, bedside tables, shared bathroom (with living room), and access to the pool terrace.

Pool Terrace & Garden

Private swimming pool, children’s pool, private garden, sun loungers, parasols, sunbathing area, swing, and BBQ. Pool and garden maintenance is performed early each morning by the staff.

General Terms

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as cleaning takes place between these hours.
• Damage Deposit: A deposit is required upon check-in. It is refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests shorter than the minimum stay may be accepted with an additional cleaning fee.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean. Complimentary cleaning is provided once a week. Extra cleaning, fresh linens, and pillowcases are available from the staff for a fee.
• Pool & Garden Care: All villas in nature are regularly sprayed. However, butterflies, insects, flies, etc., may still be present. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.
• Privacy: While the pool is private, we cannot guarantee 100% invisibility. A 5% margin of visibility is always possible.
