Patara Serenity Villa

A conservative, secluded villa with a jacuzzi, located in the Ovacık area of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. With its large pool terrace and garden, it is an ideal location for a holiday away from the city traffic and noise. Our villa has a total of 3 bedrooms and offers accommodation for up to 6 guests. Being a single-story property with a spacious pool terrace, it is an excellent choice for families with children. Due to its location, the pool and pool terrace are private and not overlooked by the surroundings. It is a perfect option for guests seeking a conservative, luxurious villa with a jacuzzi. Note: Similar villas are available right next door for families and groups who wish to come in larger numbers. Depending on availability, you can rent multiple villas simultaneously to enjoy a holiday together.

Designed as an open-plan living room/kitchen, located on the ground floor. Features: Seating group, LCD TV, air conditioning, access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Designed as an open-plan kitchen/living room, located on the ground floor. Features: Our open-plan kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and electronic appliances to meet your needs throughout your holiday.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, bedside table, dressing table, and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, dressing table, wardrobe, and bedside table.
• Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, shared bathroom (with the living room), and access to the pool terrace.

Pool Terrace

Private swimming pool, children's pool, private garden, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, sunbathing area, swing, and BBQ. Pool and garden maintenance are carried out early in the morning by our staff on a daily basis.

General Terms & Conditions

Check-in & Check-out

• Pool Dimensions: Width: 3.50m, Length: 11.5m, Depth: 1.40m.
• Check-in Time: 16:00 on the arrival day.
• Check-out Time: 10:00 on the departure day.
• Please adhere to these times, as the villa is cleaned during the interval. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated.

Security Deposit

• A security deposit is required upon check-in.
• The deposit is refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before check-out, provided there are no damages, breakages, or missing items.

Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee

• An extra cleaning fee applies if requests for stays shorter than the minimum night requirement are accepted.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• The villa is delivered clean. Free cleaning is provided once a week.
• Additional cleaning, new linens, pillowcases, etc., can be provided by the villa staff for an extra fee.
• Pool & Garden Care: Regular pest control is carried out in all our villas. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding nature is possible.
• Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.

Privacy Status

• We do not guarantee 100% non-visibility for our villas with private pools; there is always a 5% margin of discretion.
