Patara Tiffany Villa is a private, conservative villa located in the Ovacık area of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. Designed for guests seeking a secluded and tranquil holiday away from traffic and noise, this property features a spacious pool terrace and garden. The villa offers accommodation for up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. Its single-story layout and large pool terrace make it an ideal choice for families with children. The pool and terrace are positioned for privacy and are not visible from the surroundings. This is an excellent option for those looking for a conservative, luxury villa with a private jacuzzi.

Note: For larger families or groups, similar villas are located right next to this property. Depending on availability, multiple villas can be rented together for a joint holiday.

Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Features include a seating group, LCD TV, air conditioning, access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is integrated with the living room on the ground floor. It is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils for a comfortable stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, nightstand, dressing table, and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, dressing table, wardrobe, and nightstand.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, and shared bathroom (shared with the living room). Provides access to the pool terrace.

Pool Terrace & Garden

The terrace features a private swimming pool, a children's pool, a private garden, sun loungers, parasols, a sunbathing area, a swing, and a BBQ (grill). Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early each morning by the staff.

General Terms & Conditions

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is after 16:00 on the arrival day. Check-out time is before 10:00 on the departure day. Early arrival cannot be accommodated due to cleaning procedures.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. It will be refunded approximately 10 minutes after check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage, or missing items.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum duration may be accepted with an additional cleaning fee.

Cleaning & Maintenance

The villa is delivered clean. Complimentary cleaning is provided once per week. Additional cleaning, including fresh linens and pillowcases, is available from the villa staff for a fee. All villas in natural settings are regularly fumigated; however, the presence of butterflies, insects, or flies is possible.

Privacy Note: While the pool is private, we cannot guarantee 100% non-visibility. There is always a 5% margin of exposure.
