Patara Titanic Villa

A conservative, private villa with a jacuzzi, located in the Ovacık area of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. With its spacious pool terrace and garden, it is ideally situated for a holiday away from city traffic and noise. The villa has 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests. Being single-story with a large pool terrace, it is an ideal choice for families with children. Due to its location, the pool and terrace are secluded and not visible from the surroundings. It is a perfect option for guests seeking a conservative luxury villa with a jacuzzi.

Note: Similar villas are available right next door for larger families and groups. Depending on availability, multiple villas can be rented together.

Living Room

An open-plan living room and kitchen located on the ground floor. Features: seating group, LCD TV, air conditioning, access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

An open-plan kitchen and living room located on the ground floor. Features: fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and electronics for your holiday.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, nightstand, dressing table, and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, dressing table, wardrobe, and nightstand.
• Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, bathroom (shared with the living room), and access to the pool terrace.

Pool Terrace

Features: private swimming pool, children's pool, private garden, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, sunbathing area, swing, and BBQ (grill). Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early in the morning by dedicated staff every day.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 on the arrival day. Check-out time is 10:00 on the departure day. We cannot accommodate early arrivals as cleaning is performed during this time.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in. It will be refunded after the villa is inspected 10 minutes before check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage, or missing items.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum stay period, if accepted, will incur an additional cleaning fee.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• The villa is delivered clean. Free cleaning is provided once a week. Additional cleaning, including fresh linens and pillowcases, is available for a fee upon request.
• Pool & Garden Care: All our villas in natural settings are regularly fumigated. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy Status: For villas with a secluded pool, we cannot guarantee 100% invisibility; there is always a 5% margin of discretion.
