Our honeymoon villa is one of our stunning sea-view honeymoon villas located in Kördere, a neighborhood close to Kalkan town center. Ranking among the top sea-view villas, this holiday villa features one bedroom and accommodates up to 2 guests.

The villa also includes a double jacuzzi to enhance your holiday relaxation. While soaking away the year's fatigue in this jacuzzi, you can also enjoy the magnificent scenery. Thanks to its secluded pool, the villa is also suitable for conservative families.

General Terms & Conditions

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in for all our villas is at 16:00 on the arrival day, and check-out is at 10:00 on the departure day. Please note that early arrivals cannot be accommodated as the villa/apartment is being cleaned during this time. Kindly adhere to the check-in and check-out times.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. Provided there are no issues such as damage, breakage, or missing items, the villa/apartment will be inspected 10 minutes before departure and the deposit will be refunded.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: If a request for a stay shorter than the minimum stay period is approved, an extra cleaning fee will apply.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean, and complimentary cleaning is provided once a week. If you request additional cleaning, our staff will perform it for a fee, and new linens, pillowcases, etc., will be provided by the staff at an additional charge.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas located in nature are regularly sprayed. However, there is still a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.
• Privacy Note: For our villas with secluded pools, we do not guarantee 100% privacy; there is always a 5% margin for discretion.
