Prestige Amintas Villa

Prestige Amintas Villa is a modern, private pool villa located in the Ölüdeniz/Ovacık region, ideal for conservative and large families. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure you have a pleasant holiday. With 4 ensuite bedrooms and accommodation for up to 8 guests, you will enjoy a peaceful holiday away from prying eyes. This very special villa is set in a large garden with spacious living areas. The large pool can be fully enclosed thanks to a retractable awning system, making it a suitable option for conservative families. Our villa awaits you for a peaceful holiday with your loved ones, away from the noise and chaos of the city.

Note: For families and groups wishing to stay together, our similar villa, Villa Prestige Amintas, is located right next door. Subject to availability, both villas can be rented simultaneously to accommodate up to 16 guests.

Living Room

The open-plan living room/kitchen is located on the ground floor. Features include a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, a 6-seater dining table, access to the pool terrace, and a WC/washbasin.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen/living room is located on the ground floor. Our open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils and electronic appliances you may need during your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 4: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, and balcony.

Pool Terrace & Garden

The pool terrace features a private enclosed swimming pool, a children's pool, a private garden, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a sunbathing area, BBQ (grill), a 6-seater table and chairs, and parking. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early in the morning by our staff on a daily basis.

General Terms & Conditions

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in time is after 16:00 on the arrival day. Check-out time is 10:00 on the departure day. Please respect these times, as the villa is cleaned during this period. We cannot accommodate early arrivals.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before check-out, provided there are no damages, breakages, or missing items.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum stay period may be accepted, but an additional cleaning fee will apply.
• Cleaning & Linen: The villa is delivered clean. Complimentary cleaning is provided once a week. Extra cleaning, fresh linens, and pillowcases can be arranged by the villa staff for an additional fee.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas in natural settings are regularly fumigated. Despite this, you may encounter butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy: While our villas feature enclosed pools, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy. There is always a 5% margin of exposure in these villas.
