Prestij Garden Villa

Prestij Garden Villa is a modern, private villa with a secluded pool, located in the Ölüdeniz/Ovacık area. Designed as a conservative family villa, every detail has been considered to ensure a pleasant and relaxing holiday. With 4 ensuite bedrooms and accommodation for up to 8 guests, you will enjoy a peaceful stay away from prying eyes. Set within a large garden, this exceptional villa offers spacious living areas. Its large pool can be fully enclosed thanks to a retractable awning system, making it an ideal choice for conservative families. Escape the noise and chaos of the city and enjoy a tranquil holiday with your loved ones.

Note: For larger families or groups, our similar villa, Villa Prestij Amintas, is located right next door. Subject to availability, both villas can be rented simultaneously to accommodate up to 16 guests.

Living Room

Located on the ground floor, the living room features an open-plan design with the kitchen. It includes a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, a dining table for 6, access to the pool terrace, and a guest WC.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is located on the ground floor and is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and appliances for your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 4: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, and balcony.

Pool Terrace & Garden

The pool terrace features a private, enclosed swimming pool, a children's pool, a private garden, sun loungers, parasols, a sunbathing area, a BBQ (grill), a 6-seater table and chairs, and parking. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early each morning by our staff.

General Terms

Check-in & Check-out

• Pool Dimensions: Width: 5.50 m, Length: 10.50 m, Depth: 1.60 m.
• Check-in Time: 16:00 on the arrival day.
• Check-out Time: 10:00 on the departure day.
• Please respect these times, as the villa is cleaned in the interim. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated.

Security Deposit

• A security deposit is required upon check-in.
• Provided there is no damage, breakage, or missing items, the deposit will be fully refunded 10 minutes before check-out, following a brief inspection of the villa.

Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee

• Requests for stays shorter than the minimum stay requirement may be accepted, but an additional cleaning fee will apply.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• The villa is delivered clean. A complimentary cleaning service is provided once a week.
• Additional cleaning, fresh linens, pillowcases, etc., can be arranged by the villa staff for an extra fee.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: Regular pest control is carried out in all our villas due to their natural surroundings. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., is possible.
• Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy Note: While our villas have enclosed pools, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy. A 5% margin of visibility is always possible.
