Prestij Letoon Villa is a modern, private pool villa located in the conservative-friendly Ovacık area of Ölüdeniz. Designed for large families seeking a peaceful retreat, every detail has been considered for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

This spacious villa features 4 en-suite bedrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests. Nestled within a large garden, the villa offers generous living spaces and a fully private pool area. The large pool is surrounded by a retractable awning system, ensuring complete privacy and making it an ideal choice for conservative families.

Escape the noise and chaos of the city and enjoy a tranquil holiday with your loved ones. Note: For larger groups, our similar villa, Villa Prestij Amintas, is located right next door. Subject to availability, both villas can be rented together to accommodate up to 16 guests.

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Features include a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, a 6-person dining table, direct access to the pool terrace, and a guest WC.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils to meet your needs throughout your stay.

The pool terrace features a private, sheltered swimming pool, a children's pool, a private garden, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a sunbathing area, a BBQ grill, a 6-person table and chairs, and parking.

General Information

Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas, set in nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there may be butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.

Privacy: While our villas have sheltered pools, we cannot guarantee 100% invisibility. There is always a 5% margin for visibility.
