Located in the Çiftlik area of Fethiye (Çalış), our villa offers accommodation for up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms. This villa stands out for its proximity to the beach, featuring a large garden, a lush green atmosphere to soothe your soul, and comfortable details that make it a standout choice.

Ideal for both nuclear families and honeymooners, the villa boasts a jacuzzi by the pool, a children's pool for our youngest guests, comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy the sun, and a well-maintained garden landscape, all promising an unforgettable holiday experience.

Location & Surroundings

Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The villa is only 2.5 km from Karaot Beach, and you can easily reach Karataş, Akmaz, and Çalış beaches in a very short time. If you wish, you can dedicate a day of your holiday to a Göcek tour, visiting Katrancı, Günlüklü Bays, and İnlice Beaches along the route. Alternatively, a short journey will take you to İztuzu and Sarıgerme Beaches.

General Information

During your stay, you can maintain your fitness routine at the shared gym. There is also a shared children's playground for our little guests to have fun.

Note: There are a total of 19 villas in the same area with similar features, each with its own private pool. Common visuals are used for all villas.

Note: The difference between our villas is the garden area. Villas numbered 1-2-5-6-7-8 have larger garden areas, and there are price differences accordingly.
