Redro Villa

Located in the Kalkan Islamlar region, Redro Villa offers a fully private, sheltered pool and a heated indoor pool, providing a conservative and tranquil retreat. Surrounded by nature, this villa promises an unforgettable holiday experience, making it an ideal choice for honeymooners and families with children.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): Features a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, vanity table, private bathroom/WC, and direct access to the indoor pool and sauna.
• Bedroom 2: Includes two single beds, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioning, and a private bathroom/WC.

Living Area & Kitchen

The spacious living room is furnished with an elegant seating group, TV, dining table with chairs, and air conditioning. Direct access to the pool terrace is available. The modern American kitchen features a central island with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, 4-burner stove, and all necessary kitchenware (plates, glasses, pots, pans, etc.).

Pool & Outdoor Area

The private outdoor pool measures 4 x 13 meters with a depth of 1.60 meters. The indoor heated pool is 5 x 3 meters with a depth of 90 cm. The pool terrace includes sun loungers, a garden dining set, and a barbecue. Pool and garden maintenance is performed once daily in the morning.

General Information

All our villas are regularly fumigated due to their natural setting. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area is possible. While our villas have sheltered pools, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy; a 5% margin of visibility should always be considered.

General Terms

• Indoor Pool Heating: Optional and available for an additional daily fee.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: Performed daily in the morning.
• Privacy: While the pool area is sheltered, 100% privacy is not guaranteed.
