Renk Villa

Renk Villa is a secluded villa located in the Kalkan Çayköy area, ideal for small families and honeymoon couples. This modernly designed property features 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 4 guests. Enjoy leisure time with an on-site treadmill, weights, pilates ball, punching bag, darts, and backgammon set.

Living & Dining

The living room is furnished with a modern seating group, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, and a dining table for 6. It opens directly onto the pool terrace. The spacious American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and cookware. A 5-piece dinner set is provided.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): Double bed, private jacuzzi, TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, and en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, TV, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.

Outdoor & Pool

The private garden features a secluded swimming pool (10.50m x 4m, depth 1.55m), a sun terrace with 4 sun loungers and a parasol, a dining table for 6, a garden seating set, a children's playground, and a swing. There are 3 jacuzzis in total: one in each suite bedroom and one on the pool terrace.

Internet

Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. Due to regional infrastructure, intermittent service may occur. The connection is suitable for emails, social media, and browsing; heavy usage (streaming, large downloads) may be limited.

General Terms

• Security Deposit: A cash deposit of 5,000 TL is required upon check-in. It will be refunded on departure if no damage, loss, or breakage has occurred.
• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 16:00, and check-out is at 10:00. Please adhere to these times for cleaning and inspections.
