As Villa Reyhan 1 and Villa Reyhan 2 are adjacent, this property is an excellent choice for large families.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Features 2 single beds, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a dressing table.
• Bedroom 2: Features 1 double bed, air conditioning, a dressing table, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 3: Features 1 double bed, air conditioning, a nightstand, a wardrobe, a dressing table, access to a sun terrace, a jacuzzi, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.

Living Room

The living room includes air conditioning, a comfortable seating group, a dining table with chairs, a TV, a satellite receiver, and a sink. There is direct access from the living room to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The modern American-style kitchen is equipped with a built-in 4-burner hob, a built-in oven, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a washing machine, a toaster, a full set of cutlery, a 6-person dinner set, pots and pans, and water and tea glasses.

Pool & Garden

The villa features a private swimming pool in its garden. Pool dimensions are 7m x 3.5m with a depth of 1.55m. Pool and garden maintenance and cleaning are performed once daily, either in the morning or evening. The private garden also includes a sunbathing area, 2 sun umbrellas, 6 sun loungers, a garden seating set, and a barbecue.

• Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas located in nature are regularly fumigated. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area is possible.
• Privacy Status: We cannot guarantee 100% seclusion for villas with enclosed pools. There is always a 5% margin of visibility in these villas.
