Royal Kırlangıç Villa

Royal Kırlangıç Villa is a conservative, spacious family-friendly villa located in the Kızıltaş area of the Royal Antalya Kaş Kalkan region. With 4 bedrooms and a capacity for 10 guests, our villa is just an 800-meter walk from Kalkan's center. It enchants visitors with its unique sea views and is designed for the comfortable stay of large families. The large garden, featuring avocado, lemon, pomegranate, orange, and grape trees along with various plants, adds a distinctive atmosphere to our villa.

Important Notes

• Our villas are situated in a natural setting; necessary pest control treatments are carried out regularly in the surrounding area.
• Our pools are cleaned daily by villa staff to ensure our guests have no health issues.
• Pool heating fee is 55 EUR per day and must be requested at least 3 days before the reservation date.
• There is a sleeping area for 2 people in the attic (not shown in photos). If needed, an extra large air mattress for 2 can be provided, bringing the total capacity to 10 guests.

General Information

Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas located in nature are regularly treated against insects. However, there may still be butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the vicinity. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.

Privacy Status: For villas with sheltered pools, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy. There is always a 5% margin of exposure in these villas.
