Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Located on the first floor, this master bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning, a vanity table, and a French balcony.
• Bedroom 2: Includes a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony.
• Bedroom 3: Equipped with two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a balcony.
• Bedroom 4: Offers two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a balcony.

Living Room

The living room features a seating group, dining table with chairs, satellite TV, and an LCD screen. It provides easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and electronic appliances for a comfortable stay throughout your holiday.

Pool

The private pool is exclusively for villa guests. The poolside area is furnished with sufficient sun loungers and umbrellas for all occupants.

Garden

Set within a spacious green garden, the property includes a private pool, poolside shower, 8 sun loungers, ample umbrellas, a dining table, and chairs.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 16:00 on arrival day; check-out is 10:00 on departure day. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as cleaning is performed during this interval. Please adhere to these times.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required at check-in. It will be refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before departure, provided there are no damages, breakages, or losses.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum period may incur an additional cleaning fee if approved.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean, with complimentary cleaning once a week. Extra cleaning can be arranged by our staff at an additional cost, including fresh linens and pillowcases.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas in natural settings are regularly sprayed. However, butterflies, insects, and flies may still be present. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy: We cannot guarantee 100% seclusion in villas with enclosed pools; there is always a 5% margin for visibility.
