Sardunyan Villa is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. Our team performs daily pool and garden maintenance early in the morning to ensure a clean and relaxing environment.

What to Know Before You Book

• Wildlife in the Area: All our villas are regularly fumigated. However, as we are located in a natural setting, you may encounter butterflies, insects, flies, or other bugs. We recommend bringing insect repellent spray for your comfort.
• Privacy: In our conservative villas, the pool and sunbathing areas are designed to be out of sight from outside. However, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy in all areas such as balconies, terraces, parking spots, or certain parts of the garden. Please note a 5% exposure margin.
• Access: Our villas are situated on steep, sloping terrain. Access is via steep and unpaved roads. We strongly recommend arriving in your own vehicle or renting a car.
• Seasonal Construction: During the off-season (November 1 – March 1), there may be construction activity in the area. Noise around the villa is possible during this period.

What's Included

• Utilities: Electricity, water, gas, and internet are included. Please note that power or water cuts may occur if they fall outside the distributor's working hours. Gas can be replaced within 1-3 hours after informing the villa attendant.
• Internet: Depending on the infrastructure, we cannot guarantee fiber or high-speed internet.

General Terms

• Heated Pool (Off-Season): For villas with heated pools available for rental after summer, heating is usually subject to an additional fee. To activate heating, you must inform our company at least 2-3 days in advance. The maximum temperature for heated pools is 28°C.
