The living room features a simple yet comfortable seating area with stunning views of Kalkan's famous sea, satellite TV (LCD), DVD player, fireplace, air conditioning, a 6-seat dining table, and a guest toilet. Large sliding glass doors open directly from the living room to the pool terrace.

Pool & Grounds

The private pool measures 8.50 m x 4.30 m with a depth of 1.65 m. It is located under a pergola in the spacious garden, providing a shaded and relaxing area. Ideal for large families and groups of friends, this villa promises a holiday full of enjoyment.

General Information

Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas set in nature are regularly sprayed. Despite this, butterflies, insects, flies, etc., may be present in the surrounding area. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.

Privacy Status: In our villas with secluded pools, we do not guarantee 100% non-visibility. A 5% margin of exposure is always possible.
