For memorable sunset dinners, there is a dining table and barbecue area in the garden. Every detail has been carefully considered to provide a peaceful and enjoyable holiday experience.

The stylish, modern American kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner hob (built-in), microwave, electric kettle, pots, pans, and a 6-person dinner set.

Living Room

The sea and nature-view living room comfortably accommodates large groups. It features a seating area, LCD satellite TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, a 6-person dining table, and a guest WC. Direct access to the pool terrace is available.

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, vanity table, en-suite bathroom with toilet.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, vanity table, en-suite bathroom with toilet.

General Terms & Conditions

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 16:00 on arrival day; check-out is at 10:00 on departure day. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated due to cleaning schedules.
• Damage Deposit: A refundable deposit is required upon check-in. It will be returned 10 minutes after check-out, following a villa inspection, provided there is no damage, breakage, or missing items.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum duration may be accepted with an additional cleaning fee.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: The villa is handed over clean. Complimentary cleaning is provided once a week. Extra cleaning, including fresh linens and pillowcases, is available upon request at an additional cost.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our nature-surrounded villas are regularly treated against insects. Despite this, butterflies, bugs, or flies may be present. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy: We cannot guarantee 100% privacy in villas with sheltered pools; a 5% margin of visibility always exists.
