Sıla Nur Villa – Indoor Pool, Turkish Bath, Modern Luxury Villa
Villa Sıla Nur is a conservative luxury villa located in Kalkan Kördere, featuring an infinity pool. Our villa offers an infinity pool, indoor heated pool, Turkish bath (hamam), sauna, foosball table, swing, and jacuzzi.
Thanks to its secluded pool terrace, it is an ideal choice for conservative families seeking privacy.
The villa also includes a foosball table and a children's playground in the garden.
Note: The last 700-800 meters of the road to the villa consist of a steep incline.
Note: Pool heating fee is 7000 TL per week (free between October 15 and April 15).

General Terms & Conditions
- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 (4 PM) on the arrival day. Check-out time is 10:00 AM on the departure day. Please adhere to these times, as we cannot accommodate early arrivals due to cleaning schedules.
- Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. Provided there are no damages, breakages, or losses, the deposit will be refunded after a villa inspection, approximately 10 minutes before your departure.
- Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum stay period may be subject to an additional cleaning fee if approved.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean. A complimentary cleaning service is provided once a week. Additional cleaning requests can be arranged by our staff for a fee, including fresh linens, pillowcases, etc.
- Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas, located in natural settings, receive regular pest control. Despite this, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
- Privacy Note: While our villas offer secluded pools, we cannot guarantee 100% invisibility. A 5% margin for visibility should always be considered.
