Living Area & Kitchen

Living Room: Designed as an open-plan living room/kitchen on the ground floor. Features include a seating group, fireplace, LCD TV, air conditioning, a 6-seat dining table, guest WC, and access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: Open-plan kitchen/living room design on the ground floor. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and electronic appliances for your holiday needs.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, private bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, private bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, private bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 4: Two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, private bathroom, and balcony.

Pool Terrace & Garden

The pool terrace features a private sheltered swimming pool, a private garden, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a sunbathing area, BBQ, a 6-seat table and chairs, an outdoor shower, and parking. Pool and garden maintenance are carried out early each morning by our staff.

General Terms & Conditions

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time for all our villas is after 16:00 on the arrival day, and check-out is by 10:00 on the departure day. Please respect these times, as cleaning is performed in between.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. It will be refunded approximately 10 minutes after a final villa inspection, provided there is no damage, breakage, or missing items.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum duration may be subject to an additional cleaning fee if approved.
• Cleaning & Linen: The villa is delivered clean. One complimentary cleaning per week is included. Extra cleaning, fresh sheets, and pillowcases can be arranged by our staff for an additional fee.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas in natural settings are regularly fumigated. Despite this, insects like butterflies, bugs, or flies may be present in the environment. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy Notice: While our villa offers a sheltered pool area, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy. A 5% margin of visibility should be considered.
