Our holiday home is located in the Bayindir region of Kas, one of the most popular tourist destinations. Our villa features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and a private bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen and the barbecue area in the garden allow our guests to cook and feel at home.

Villa Simsek is ideal for large families and groups of friends seeking a peaceful holiday immersed in nature. The private garden and swimming pool offer our guests a relaxing holiday experience. The modern and spacious interior decoration provides a home-like comfort throughout your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, private bathroom, and toilet.
• Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, private bathroom, and toilet.
• Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, private bathroom, and toilet.
• Bedroom 4: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, private bathroom, and toilet.

Living Room

The living room, with a nature view, includes a sofa set, coffee table, TV, TV unit, air conditioning, and a satellite receiver.

Kitchen

The American-style kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, dining table, dinner set, built-in oven, built-in stove, kettle, pot and pan set, and all necessary kitchen utensils.

Garden

The garden, overlooking lush greenery, features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, a parasol, garden seating set, garden dining table, stone barbecue, and a swing.

General Terms & Conditions

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time for all our villas is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Please note that early arrivals cannot be accommodated as the villa is being cleaned during this period. Kindly adhere to the check-in and check-out times.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded after a brief inspection of the villa/apartment 10 minutes before departure, provided there are no damages, breakages, or losses.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: An extra cleaning fee applies to requests shorter than the minimum stay period, if accepted.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean. Complimentary cleaning is provided once a week. Additional cleaning, fresh linens, pillowcases, etc., can be arranged by our staff for a fee.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas located in nature are regularly fumigated. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is done daily.
• Privacy: We cannot guarantee 100% privacy for villas with sheltered pools; there is always a 5% chance of being seen at these villas.
